We are the only one to live at 80% in autarcik mode

The crazy world of Marc Veyrat is a little village hotel « Relais et Châteaux **** » loved in the heart of Aravis mass facing the Mont-Blanc.
Even in summer or winter, we are the only hotel and restaurant owner who are feeding our plate with the savage botanic from our garden, milk our cows, amass our chicken eggs, pick our vegetables, made our charcuteries, breed our fishes, bake our bread in an ancestral oven.
The miracle is the natural source from my forefathers coming down from the mountains.
Our farm and organic productions let us live an autarcik life, around 80%. We have to give the example of a new table pleasure where healthy life is the future.

The green season is the savage botanical, mineral and pastoral environment.
The white season is exceptionnal for all the snow pleasures (ski, snowshoes walk, nordic ski, on the beautiful « Plateau de Beauregard ») with the Croix-Fry/ La Clusaz station.
