We are the only ones to live in an 80% self-sufficient mode

 

The crazy world of Marc Veyrat is a little village and « Relais et Châteaux **** » hotel in the heart of Aravis mass facing the Mont-Blanc.
Summer or winter, we are the only hotel and restaurant who are filling our dishes with the savage botanic from our garden, milk from our own cows, eggs from our own chickens, vegetables handpicked from our own garden, making our own charcuteries, breeding our fishes, and baking our bread in an ancestral oven.
The miracle is from the natural spring from my forefathers coming down from the mountains.
Our farm and organic productions let us live an autarcik life, around 80% self-sufficient. We must be the example of a new pleasure at the table where healthy life is the future.

The "green season" is the natural botanical, mineral and pastoral environment.
The "white season" is exceptionnal for all the snow pleasures (ski, snowshoes walking, nordic ski, all on the beautiful « Plateau de Beauregard ») thanks to our neighboring Croix-Fry/ La Clusaz station.
